I realized that illustrating for agencies has its downsides. One of them is that if your an all round illustrator, who can make many different styles, it will almost scare off some clients.
So, I started making a styleguide.
'The styleguide is the same motive, Swedish actress Elise Hwasser (1831-1894), painted in many different techniques and styles. (I don't have any digital pictures of her but there's some if you google her) When a client is in doubt, I can whip out the styleguide, talk about what techniques I could use to achieve the right message.
Its absolutely wonderful to work with, I kinda regret not making a styleguide earlier.
This is just 4 versions, but its the sample versions I keep on my webpage.
